An optimal research question sets out what the investigator wants to know, not what the investigator might do, nor what the results of the study might ultimately contribute. Objective: The purpose of this paper is to estimate the extent to which rehabilitation scientists optimally define their research questions. Methods: A cross-sectional survey of the rehabilitation research articles published during 2008. Two raters independently rated each question according to pre-specified criteria; a third rater adjudicated all discrepant ratings. Results: The proportion of the 258 articles with a question formulated as methods or expected contribution and not as what knowledge was being sought was 65%; 30% of questions required reworking. The designs which most often had poorly formulated research questions were randomized trials, cross-sectional and measurement studies. Conclusion: Formulating the research question is not purely a semantic concern. When the question is poorly formulated, the design, analysis, sample size calculations, and presentation of results may not be optimal. The gap between research and clinical practice could be bridged by a clear, complete, and informative research question.&lt;/p&gt;</text>

                <text>Buscou-se analisar os cartazes das campanhas nacionais sobre dengue, zika e chikungunya realizadas pelo Ministério da Saúde entre 2013 e 2017 para prevenção das arboviroses. Trata-se de uma análise de conteúdo com abordagem qualitativa de 18 peças publicitárias coletadas no site da instituição. Para tanto, além dos dados textuais contidos nos cartazes, foram considerados os achados encontrados a partir da descrição das peças. As categorias temáticas analíticas que emergiram da observação do material foram: mobilização; orientação; e informação. Após o surgimento da chikungunya e da zika em 2014 e 2015, respectivamente, a instituição saiu da produção anual de 1 para 3,6 peças. O layout dos cartazes segue a lógica de técnicas de comunicação comercial, sem se preocupar com a diferença entre um produto mercantil e um direito universal. Não há articulação com as tecnologias de informação e comunicação, e os cartazes responsabilizam a população pela prevenção das doenças. Houve uma mudança nas mensa-gens sobre os cuidados, adotando-se a ênfase nas consequências e sequelas das arboviroses, não havendo espaço para educação e promoção da saúde. Constataram-se a transmissão de informações e a imposição de orientações, distante daquilo proposto pela comunicação educativa, que pressupõe ações pensadas conforme as necessidades dos usuários.</text>

                <text>Essa dissertação integra o projeto Arbocontrol realizado pela Universidade de Brasília-UnB, e busca conhecer as práticas desenvolvidas pelos professores em sala de aula para o combate e prevenção das arboviroses Dengue, Zika e Chikungunya. O ambiente escolar é um espaço para formação do individuo e troca de saberes de maneira dialógica. Para que haja educação é necessário dois envolvidos ou mais, para que seja colocada em prática a ação de se comunicar. Essa dissertação tem como objetivo analisar as ações realizadas pelos profissionais da educação nas escolas da rede pública, voltadas para o controle e prevenção da Dengue, Zika e Chikungunya nos municípios de João Pessoa (PB) e Cascavel (PR). O caminho metodológico percorrido teve como abordagem a pesquisa qualitativa observacional não participante. A coleta de dados foi realizada por meio de entrevista semi-estruturada com professores da rede pública. Foram realizadas 23 entrevistas, dessas 18 foram analisadas segundo critérios de inclusão. Foi realizada análise de conteúdo para interpretação e compreensão dos discursos dos(as) entrevistados(as). A análise dos achados possibilitou o surgimento de quatro categorias: Educação em Saúde; Comunicação em Saúde; O encontro entre Comunicação e Educação; e O conhecimento sobre as arboviroses dengue, Zika e chikungunya. Por meio dos discursos foi analisado a metodologia aplicada nas atividades realizadas nas escolas e pelos professores, para o combate e prevenção das arboviroses. Ao analisar os discursos dos entrevistados, notamos que os professores tem conhecimento e domínio sobre a temática das arboviroses e reconhecem como um problema de saúde. Os professores buscam desenvolver ações de educomumicação e de comunicação educativa para a prevenção de agravos e mostram a participação dos alunos por meio do conhecimento adquirido com as trocas de conhecimentos que eles compartilham com os familiares e orientam os demais para uma mudança de hábito que todos sejam envolvidos, as escolas buscam mostrar aos alunos a importância de cuidar do ambiente e não jogar lixo nas ruas, buscam trabalhar com a reutilização de materiais recicláveis como pneus, garrafas e outro. No dia a dia escolar os professores realizam ações de comunicação educativa onde busca-se a construção do individuo. No contexto escolar os professores realizam ações com materiais educomunicativos produzidos e disponibilizados pelo Ministério da Saúde, porém poucos sabem da disponibilidade e do acesso a esse material. Com a realização frequente de ações educomunicativas e de comunicação educativa pode-se alcançar a prevenção efetiva de agravos em saúde.</text>

                <text>A pesquisa investiga a temática LGBT em um ciberespaço no âmbito de Sistema Único de Saúde brasileiro, criado a partir da política pública Rede HumanizaSUS (RHS), na esteira da Política Nacional de Humanização. O objetivo é apreender os sentidos de narrativas de tópicos sobre a política LGBT nessa Rede. O método utilizado para o estudo foi a etnografia virtual, para apreensão do campo simbólico das narrativas inscritas na RHS encontradas sob a palavra-chave LGBT. As técnicas de análise webométrica e de conteúdo foram selecionadas para identificar os posts circunscritos ao tema, e sistematizar as categorias semânticas das discursivas. Os resultados demostraram uma estreita relação das narrativas com as diretrizes da Política Nacional de Saúde Integral de Lésbicas, Gays, Bissexuais, Travestis e Transexuais LGBT, a saber: as políticas de equidade como promotoras do respeito a diversidade sexual, direitos humanos e civis da população LGBT; a interface com a humanização e o protagonismo do acolhimento na atenção à saúde; o acesso à saúde e a produção do cuidado na perspectiva de gênero; ação educacional na saúde para profissionais e voltadas à população para a promoção e prevenção na saúde, e o protagonismo dos movimentos sociais LGBT na luta pelos seus direitos no SUS. E por último, a inteligência coletiva de um pequeno grupo militante.</text>

                <text>OBJETIVO: Descrever e analisar ações empreendidas em quatro centros urbanos para fortalecer a estratégia saúde da família (ESF) no Brasil. MÉTODOS: Foram realizados estudos de caso em Aracaju, Belo Horizonte, Florianópolis e Vitória com base em entrevistas semiestruturadas com gestores. Além disso, foi realizado um estudo transversal com questionários aplicados a amostras de profissionais e usuários da ESF. RESULTADOS: Em todos os municípios foram identificadas ações para fortalecer os serviços de atenção primária à saúde, com destaque para: aumento da oferta de atenção primária à saúde com diminuição das barreiras de acesso, estruturação dos serviços de atenção primária à saúde como porta de entrada do sistema, ampliação da resolutividade (apoio diagnóstico e terapêutico, promoção da interlocução entre equipamentos da rede de serviços para organizar o processo de trabalho, capacitação, supervisão) e articulação entre ações de vigilância e assistência. CONCLUSÕES: Os municípios investigados apresentam experiências consolidadas de reorganização do modelo assistencial com base em uma atenção primária à saúde fortalecida, com potencial para tornar-se coordenadora dos cuidados. Todavia, para efetivar a função de porta de entrada e serviço de uso regular são necessárias ações para equalizar o atendimento das demandas programada e espontânea, sendo que a última representa o maior desafio à organização do processo de trabalho das equipes. A conquista de apoio e legitimidade para a ESF é um tema pendente. Iniciativas para divulgar a ESF são necessárias entre a população, profissionais de todos os níveis e organizações da sociedade civil.</text>

Doenças que acompanham o vetor Aedes que também transmite a dengue, principalmente em países tropicais como o Brasil. Assim, se tornou uma das principais temáticas de saúde pública. E perante a um cenário de poucas tecnologias (leves, leves-dura ou duras), como a ausência de vacinas, o projeto Arbocontrol Componente 3: “Educação, informação e comunicação para o controle do vetor” visitou 16 municípios do Brasil para conhecer outras práticas de combate, prevenção do mosquito e recuperação em caso de picada realizadas pelas comunidades no dia a  dia.</text>

                <text>Atualmente as arboviroses estão presentes em grande parte do território brasileiro e se manifestam através de surtos e epidemias anuais. Através de pesquisas, constatou-se que intervenções escolares tornam os alunos em disseminadores de conhecimento sobre o combate contra a dengue, Zika e chikungunya na comunidade. Dessa forma, o relato de experiência busca identificar o conhecimento dos profissionais da educação do CEF 312 do DF sobre as estratégias de combate contra as arboviroses, realizar oficinas de educação em saúde na comunidade escolar da Região Leste e desenvolver estratégias de promoção da saúde e prevenção ao mosquito Aedes aegypti para fortalecer as campanhas do Ministério da Saúde. Metodologia: Foi realizada pesquisas em diferentes bases de dados para capacitação. Com isso, foram realizadas entrevistas com questionário semiestruturado com os profissionais da educação do Centro de Ensino Fundamental 312 de Samambaia, e foi aplicado o jogo “Tabuleiro Humano: Você conhece o Aedes?” com uma turma do 9º ano. Resultados e discussões: Estudos indicam que o uso metodologias ativas e criação de estratégias de combate contra as arboviroses com alunos e professores produzem disseminadores de conhecimento que podem intervir e conscientizar a comunidade. Conclusão: Os profissionais da educação reconhecem a importância da temática para a comunidade.</text>

                <text>&lt;p&gt;A new form of literature review has emerged, Mixed Studies Review (MSR). These reviews include qualitative, quantitative and mixed methods studies. In the present paper, we examine MSRs in health sciences, and provide guidance on processes that should be included and reported. However, there are no valid and usable criteria for concomitantly appraising the methodological quality of the qualitative, quantitative and mixed methods studies. Objective: To propose criteria for concomitantly appraising the methodological quality of qualitative, quantitative and mixed methods studies or study components. Design: A three-step critical review was conducted. Data sources: 2322 references were identified in MEDLINE, and their titles and abstracts were screened; 149 potentially relevant references were selected and the full-text papers were examined; 59 MSRs were retained and scrutinized using a deductive–inductive qualitative thematic data analysis. This revealed three types of MSR: convenience, reproducible, and systematic. Review methods: Guided by a proposal, we conducted a qualitative thematic data analysis of the quality appraisal procedures used in the 17 systematic MSRs (SMSRs). Results: Of 17 SMSRs, 12 showed clear quality appraisal procedures with explicit criteria but no SMSR used valid checklists to concomitantly appraise qualitative, quantitative and mixed methods studies. In two SMSRs, criteria were developed following a specific procedure. Checklists usually contained more criteria than needed. In four SMSRs, a reliability assessment was described or mentioned. While criteria for quality appraisal were usually based on descriptors that require specific methodological expertise (e.g., appropriateness), no SMSR described the fit between reviewers’ expertise and appraised studies. Quality appraisal usually resulted in studies being ranked by methodological quality.&lt;/p&gt;</text>

                <text>A comunicação de risco tem como objetivo o enfrentamento de situações de saúde onde há grande preocupação e pouca credibilidade, visa melhorar o nível de confiança da população em relação aos riscos vivenciados. É um campo novo, aplicado a situações que envolvem a noção de risco e que tem como característica fundamental o subsídio para o processo decisório em saúde. Objetivo: analisar as práticas de comunicação em situação de risco desenvolvidas pelos Agentes Comunitários de Saúde (ACS) e Agentes de Combate às Endemias (ACE) em relação à promoção e prevenção das arboviroses em cinco municípios brasileiros. Método: Estudo qualitativo descritivo de abordagem compreensiva e hermenêutica dialética, utilizando-se as técnicas de Análise de Conteúdo e Análise do Discurso do Sujeito Coletivo das entrevistas realizadas em cinco municípios de quatro macrorregiões brasileiras. Resultados e Discussão: Foram encontrados como principais eixos de análise: 1) as situações de risco para as arboviroses estudadas; 2) as ações desenvolvidas em conjunto com a comunidade e 3) o DSC dos Agentes de Saúde sobre os cartazes produzidos pelo Ministério da Saúde. Considerações Finais: Ressalta-se que há muitas dificuldades enfrentadas por estes profissionais, e destaca-se a importância da realização de um trabalho contínuo de promoção da saúde juntamente com a comunidade.</text>
