                <text>&lt;p aling="" justify=""&gt;To address the gap in evidence-based information required to support the development of advanced practice nursing (APN) roles in Switzerland, stakeholders identified the need for guidance to generate strategic evaluation data. This article describes an evaluation framework developed to inform decisions about the effective utilization of APN roles across the country. Approach: A participatory approach was used by an international group of stakeholders. Published literature and an evidenced-based framework for introducing APN roles were analyzed and applied to define the purpose, target audiences, and essential elements of the evaluation framework. Through subsequent meetings and review by an expert panel, the framework was developed and refined. Findings: A framework to evaluate different types of APN roles as they evolve to meet dynamic population health, practice setting, and health system needs was created. It includes a matrix of key concepts to guide evaluations across three stages of APN role development: introduction, implementation, and long-term sustainability. For each stage, evaluation objectives and questions examining APN role structures, processes, and outcomes from different perspectives (e.g., patients, providers, managers, policy-makers) were identified. Conclusions: A practical, robust framework based on well-established evaluation concepts and current understanding of APN roles can be used to conduct systematic evaluations. Clinical Relevance: The evaluation framework is sufficiently generic to allow application in developed countries globally, both for evaluation as well as research purposes.&lt;/p&gt;</text>

                <text>Objetivo: Identificar o que abordam os estudos publicados na literatura nacional e internacional, nos últimos dez anos, sobre gestão na Atenção Primária à Saúde. Método: Revisão integrativa com busca realizada no período de 2006 a 2016, nas bases de dados SciELO®, LILACS®, Scopus®, PubMed® e CINAHL®, nos idiomas português, inglês e espanhol. Seguiram-se as etapas: elaboração da pergunta de pesquisa, definição dos critérios de inclusão e exclusão, identificação e seleção dos estudos, e síntese dos assuntos encontrados nos estudos. Para organização e análise de dados utilizou-se recursos do software Atlas.ti®. Resultados: O corpus da pesquisa totalizou 90 estudos, predominando os oriundos do LILACS® e realizados no Brasil. Os temas tratados nas publicações foram: política de saúde e gestão na Atenção Primária à Saúde, gestão de recursos materiais, gestão de pessoas, gestão financeira, gestão da qualidade, planejamento, caracterização dos gestores, papel/atividades da gestão, desafios/dificuldades na gestão, potencialidades/facilidades na gestão. Predominaram estudos que trataram da gestão na Atenção Primária Saúde no contexto das reflexões sobre política de saúde e os que tratam dos desafios/dificuldades enfrentadas na gestão na Atenção Primária à Saúde. Esses achados sinalizam que o modelo de atenção na Atenção Primária à Saúde é complexo e desafiador, tanto para formuladores de políticas quanto para quem realiza a gestão. Conclusão: O número de estudos sobre gestão na Atenção Primária à Saúde tem sido significativo na literatura atual e a predominância dos temas políticas de saúde e dificuldades para a realização da gestão reforçam o reconhecimento da centralidade da mesma para a efetividade da Atenção Primária à Saúde.</text>

                <text>OBJETIVO: Analisar a idade e o uso do preservativo na iniciação sexual de adolescentes brasileiros em dois períodos: 1998 e 2005. MÉTODOS: Amostras representativas da população urbana brasileira foram entrevistadas em inquérito domiciliar por duas pesquisas, realizadas em 1998 e 2005. Dentre os entrevistados, 670 jovens (16 a 19 anos) sexualmente ativos foram selecionados para o estudo, 312 de 1998 e 358 de 2005. Para análise dos dados ponderados foram utilizados o teste qui-quadrado de Pearson e o teste exato de Fisher (α&lt;5%). RESULTADOS: Em 2005, 61,6% dos jovens entrevistados tinham iniciado-se sexualmente, cuja idade média foi 14,9 anos, sem diferenças signifi cativas para os jovens entrevistados em 1998. O uso de preservativo na primeira relação sexual aumentou signifi cativamente em relações estáveis (48,5% em 1998 vs. 67,7% em 2005) e casuais (47,2% em 1998 vs. 62,6% em 2005) em quase todos os segmentos. Persistiram as diferenças relacionadas à iniciação sexual e ao uso de preservativos segundo gênero, cor da pele e escolaridade, tal como observado em 1998. A diminuição no uso de preservativo entre os jovens que se iniciaram sexualmente antes dos 14 anos, em todos os contextos de parceria, foi expressiva na região Sudeste e entre os mais escolarizados. CONCLUSÕES: Como em outros países, observou-se tendência a estabilização da idade da iniciação sexual entre jovens de 15 a 19 anos. O adiamento do início da vida sexual, mais freqüente entre os jovens mais escolarizados, deve ser tema discutido no planejamento da educação dos adolescentes para a sexualidade e prevenção das IST. Quanto à diminuição da vulnerabilidade ao HIV, é relevante e signifi cativo o incremento no uso de preservativo na iniciação sexual.</text>

                <text>Objective: To analyze, in the speeches of nurses, the habitus that conforms their professional identity in the primary health care area. Method: Qualitative study, carried out from March to October 2015, with nurses of primary healthcare units in the cities of Cajazeiras, in the state of Paraíba, and Maracanaú, in the state of Ceará. Data were collected by means of semi-structured interviews, and analyzed through discourse analysis. Results: Nurses, in their practice and perception, perceive that professional identity is linked to the meaning that involves the word "everything". This situation constitutes a habitus that directs the range of daily actions, often distant from the profession's core of knowledge. Final considerations: Trying to be and do everything in primary health care involves negative repercussions in the professional identity of nurses. Strategic guidance is necessary in order to achieve and embrace elements that reflect the essence of this category.</text>

                <text>Busca-se, neste artigo, analisar resultados de uma pesquisa sobre a inserção de travestis no mundo do trabalho. Em diálogo com a literatura especializada e a partir de doze depoimentos colhidos, são focalizados aspectos da relação entre travestis e o mundo do trabalho, especialmente os embaraços, estorvos ou impedimentos às suas aspirações e realizações profissionais. Foi dada atenção às estratégias pessoais que elas desenvolvem para a superação desses obstáculos. Dois modelos teóricos de estratégia de inserção profissional serviram de referência, o paradigma defensivo e o ofensivo. Pretendeu-se, assim, dar visibilidade às dificuldades que esse segmento sociocultural encontra frente ao mercado de trabalho na busca da realização das suas aspirações profissionais e discutir ações de políticas públicas que possam promover seu acesso à capacitação, ao emprego, fortalecendo sua aceitação social pela sociedade.</text>

                <text>Os argumentos apresentados neste artigo partem de apontamentos etnográficos oriundos de pesquisa antropológica realizada entre travestis que se prostituem. A partir da análise dessas notas,  apresentam-se as categorias classificatórias acionadas pelas travestis que se prostituem a fim de, por esses termos, demarcarem diferenças pouco consideradas pelos formuladores de políticas de saúde, mas que são significativas para elas, pois se referem a maneiras singularizadas de subjetividades nas quais gênero, geração, classe e raça estão implicadas. Assim, procura-se explorar como esses marcadores sociais da diferença operam contextual e relacionalmente nas respostas que esses sujeitos têm elaborado frente à sistemática associação entre travestis e aids, e como esses eixos se enfeixam compondo experiências específicas do adoecer e do sofrimento, ao mesmo tempo em que permitem que as travestis mobilizem diversas estratégias de resistência e enfrentamento a processos de estigmatização. A discussão a ser empreendida vale-se do escopo teórico pós-estruturalista, bem como das contribuições do feminismo como crítica epistemológica.</text>
