Esse componente conta com o apoio do Programa de Pós-graduação em Saúde Coletiva (PPGSC) e do Centro de Tecnologias Educacionais Interativos em Saúde (CENTEIAS), ambos da Faculdade de Ciências da Saúde da Universidade de Brasília (FS/UnB), e tem parceria com a Fundação de Empreendimentos Científicos e Tecnológicos (FINATEC).

Considerando-se a Atenção Básica como campo privilegiado para implementação de políticas de equidade e o agente comunitário de saúde, em virtude de sua função de elo entre comunidade e serviço, um ator estratégico para o seu sucesso, o presente artigo teve como objetivo investigar a percepção destes profissionais em cinco Unidades Básicas de Saúde da cidade de Goiânia, Brasil, quanto ao atendimento integral à saúde da população LGBT. O método utilizado foi o Discurso do Sujeito Coletivo. Três discursos foram construídos relacionados a três ancoragens distintas que demonstram: 1. Minimização do problema, negação do preconceito e compreensão
de barreiras como causadas pela própria população LGBT; 2. Negação da existência de barreiras
ao acesso e à qualidade; e 3. Reconhecimento da existência de preconceitos que funcionam como
barreiras e da necessidade de melhor capacitação das equipes. A partir destes resultados, foi possível
inferir a negação do sexismo e das barreiras simbólicas, incompreensão do sentido de equidade, e
o preconceito encarnado nas subjetividades destes profissionais, de forma semelhante ao que já foi
encontrado em outros estudos envolvendo preconceitos e saúde, tais como de racismo institucional.
No entanto, percebe-se também profissionais sensibilizados para a questão do respeito à diversidade
e receptivos a processos formadores para melhor oferta de cuidado integral à população LGBT.
Conclui-se que é preciso investir em metodologias ativas que permitam aos atores sociais expor e
trabalhar seus valores e crenças, e reconhecer possíveis estigmas e preconceitos decorrentes deles,
no sentido de oferecer uma atenção à saúde qualificada para a população LGBT.

Considerando a trajetória do Rio de Janeiro e da Região de Lisboa no que tange ao fortalecimento dos seus sistemas de saúde para alcance da saúde para todos e da equidade, propôs-se uma análise comparativa da organização da Atenção Primária à Saúde, buscando identificar os avanços desta em termos de coordenação das Redes de Atenção à Saúde. Trata-se de um estudo de caso, de orientação qualitativa e com dimensões avaliativas. Utilizou-se material disponível online, considerando artigos científicos e literatura cinza. Os resultados acenam para compassos diferentes no tocante às RAS, na região de Lisboa, com maior velocidade, até por questões históricas, foi implementado o modelo de APS abrangente e que hoje alcançou grau de maturidade suficiente no que tange à coordenação do seu sistema, enquanto o Rio de Janeiro sofre influências dos resquícios históricos de uma Atenção Primária à Saúde seletiva. O plano de carreira aparece como estratégia para fixação das equipes de saúde. As regiões têm feito apostas fortes nos prontuários eletrônicos e na telemedicina. Depois do estudo, ficam claras as questões históricas, culturais e políticas e jurídicas que acabam por determinar diferenças na APS coordenadora de RAS no Rio de Janeiro e na região de Lisboa.

<p aling="" justify="">o objetivo deste artigo é descrever a primeira fase de um projeto que teve como finalidade geral desenvolver um conjunto de competências de práticas avançadas de enfermagem baseadas em consenso aplicáveis em países da América Latina e, usando tais competências, produzir um protótipo curricular de práticas avançadas de enfermagem a serem adaptadas em países da América Latina. O projeto foi enquadrado em uma abordagem baseada em competências para o ensino de práticas avançadas de enfermagem. Os objetivos específicos da primeira fase do projeto descritos neste artigo foram: 1) identificar um conjunto de competências em enfermagem para práticas avançadas que serviriam como modelo para as Competências Essenciais de Enfermeiros de Práticas Avançadas em países da América Latina e 2) estabelecer um consenso sobre Competências Essenciais de Enfermeiros de Práticas Avançadas em países da América Latina. Método: as competências de enfermeiros de práticas avançadas foram derivadas de uma revisão abrangente das competências publicadas e informaram o desenvolvimento de uma pesquisa projetada para avaliar a relevância das competências de enfermeiros de práticas avançadas nos países da América Latina. A pesquisa foi distribuída entre enfermeiros líderes e enfermeiros educadores. Os dados foram analisados por meio de estatística descritiva. Resultados: foi estabelecido um consenso sobre Competências Essenciais. Conclusão: apresentam-se as Competências Essenciais de Enfermeiros de Práticas Avançadas que podem fornecer um quadro estruturado para construir programas educacionais alinhados com as necessidades do ambiente regional.</p>

Políticas informadas por evidências têm potencial de otimizar sistemas de saúde. O uso de evidências envolve definir problemas, identificar intervenções para enfrentá-los, avaliar a qualidade das evidências globais e locais e traduzi-las para os principais interessados considerando valores sociais e leis. O Brasil encoraja o uso de evidências na política de saúde e Piripiri, município de 61.840 habitantes, da região mais pobre do país, implementou o Núcleo de Evidências em Saúde (NEv) em 2010. São apresentados o desenvolvimento e os resultados preliminares do NEv, sua visão, composição, mandato e atividades. A experiência contou com o envolvimento da Rede para Políticas Informadas por Evidências, Centro Latino-americano e do Caribe de Informação em Ciências da Saúde, governos federal e municipal. A descentralização do financiamento e prestação de cuidados de saúde, a expansão do uso de evidências na gestão e o contexto político local explicariam o desenvolvimento da experiência, cujas atividades incluem a produção e a disseminação de sínteses de evidências e diálogos deliberativos com formadores de opinião, trabalhadores e usuários dos serviços de saúde. A iniciativa está sendo monitorada e avaliada e seus resultados podem se prestar à ampliação das ações no Brasil e exterior.
