Apresenta relato de experiência<br />sobre a criação de conteúdo para desenvolvimento de podcast informativo alinhado às ações implementadas pela Estação Rio de Janeiro, da Região Sudeste, no Projeto Arbocontrol. O projeto, coordenado pelo Núcleo de Estudos em Saúde Pública da Universidade de Brasília (UnB), com apoio do Ministério da Saúde, tem como foco a “Educação, Informação e Comunicação”, isto é, o Eixo 3 de atuação. O InformAr, podcast informativo se coloca como um produto do conjunto de intervenções que, de maneira planejada e integrada, sejam favoráveis à promoção da saúde e prevenção de riscos e outros agravos da Zika, Dengue e Chikungunya. Esse relato se divide nas seguintes partes: introdução, que compreende a contextualização do universo da pesquisa investigado; um breve relato sobre o Projeto Arbocontrol e a Rede Brasil; o plano de ação da Estação Rio de Janeiro no projeto; a contextualização da situação das arboviroses no Município de Niterói, RJ; as relações teóricas que fundamentam as dinâmicas entre bibliotecas públicas e ciência cidadã; notas sobre o podcast informativo como uma ferramenta para comunicar ciência às comunidades atendidas pelas bibliotecas públicas.<br />Conclui que as bibliotecas públicas vêm atuando como instituições de apoio a ciência e construindo um espaço favorável a ciência cidadã, à medida que se comprometem com projetos que devolvam atividades dessa natureza. E, nesse sentido, o podcast informativo pode aproximar a comunidade ainda mais da informação em saúde mediada pela ferramenta disponibilizada pelo Arbocontrol e disseminada pelas bibliotecas públicas.

É uma produção com três episódios (“Preparem-se, eles chegaram!”, “E agora, o que fazer?” e “Finalmente, livres!”), cada um
variando de 12 a 16 minutos, que se propõe a levar de uma forma lúdica, informação e orientação sobre as arboviroses. A produção teve como protagonistas o Mosquitão e a Mosquitona, que aterrorizam os/as
moradores/as do Assentamento Antônio Conselheiro, em Pernambuco, transmitindo dengue, zika e chikungunya por onde passaram. A radionovela trouxe outros personagens, como a Agente Popular de
Saúde do Campo, figura de grande importância para a promoção e educação em saúde nos assentamentos e acampamentos do MST. A agente também foi incorporada a produção para evidenciar o uso de chás e plantas medicinais no tratamento de vários problemas de
saúde, integrando os saberes ancestrais e populares às práticas de saúde. Também são personagens da radionovela comerciantes locais, mães de família, crianças e claro, os negacionistas, que além de não acreditarem que as arboviroses existem ainda espalham notícias falsas para os/as moradores/as, como a de que cachaça com limão cura
dengue, zika e chikungunya.

The radio soap opera “Sting of hate: the sting
that no one would like to feel on their skin” involved a team of production, writing,
direction, editing, dissemination and monitoring of social networks formed by seven
undergraduate and graduate students of the Social Communication course from
UFPE, with two scholarship holders from Arbocontrol project in Pernambuco, in
addition to 15 radio actors and actresses from the MST/PE. The project was guided
and coordinated by professors from the Social Communication and Medicine course
at Agreste Academic Center, UFPE

Atividade educativa inspirada na proposta do “Hospital do Ursinho” onde se realiza uma simunação de um espaço de cuidado em saúde onde um ursinho passa a ser cuidado após ter sido picado pelo mosquito Aedes aegypti, desenvolvendo dengue e a criança responsável pelo ursinho passa pelas
diferentes estações de cuidado seguindo os passos para o correto manejo das
arboviroses no ambiente de saúde. Nesse sentido, a criança deveria levar o
ursinho às estações, iniciando com acolhimento, anamnese, exame físico,
exames complementares, tratamento e finalizando com orientações sobre as
arboviroses. Dessa maneira, as crianças aprenderam de forma lúdica como é
realizado todo o tratamento de uma arbovirose e como se faz a prevenção. A
forma lúdica de aprendizagem faz com que a criança compreenda e se engaje na
prevenção das arboviroses. Oficinas de Prevenção às arboviroses com
adolescentes e Roda de Conversa com docentes da Escola.

Abstract

Atividade educativa inspirada na proposta do “Hospital do Ursinho” onde se realiza uma simulação de um espaço de cuidado em saúde onde um ursinho passa a ser cuidado após ter sido picado pelo mosquito Aedes aegypti, desenvolvendo dengue e a criança responsável pelo ursinho passa pelas
diferentes estações de cuidado seguindo os passos para o correto manejo das arboviroses no ambiente de saúde. Nesse sentido, a criança deveria levar o ursinho às estações, iniciando com acolhimento, anamnese, exame físico, exames complementares, tratamento e finalizando com orientações sobre as arboviroses. Dessa maneira, as crianças aprenderam de forma lúdica como é realizado todo o tratamento de uma arbovirose e como se faz a prevenção. A forma lúdica de aprendizagem faz com que a criança compreenda e se engaje na prevenção das arboviroses. Oficinas de Prevenção às arboviroses com
adolescentes e Roda de Conversa com docentes da Escola.

O ZapControl vem com o objetivo de utilizar o WhatsApp, ferramenta esta onde as pessoas usam de forma massiva para troca de mensagens, como meio de comunicação e de compartilhamento de informações acerca das arboviroses. Vê-se que, pelo fato de o aplicativo ser uma ferramenta rápida, as pessoas não costumam ter paciência para conteúdos longos. Por conta disto, pensou-se em fazer um produto que, com um tempo hábil, as pessoas pudessem absorver informações cruciais para o combate à dengue, zika e chikungunya, além de esclarecer curiosidades e dados que atestam a periculosidade da doença.

Objetivo: Analisar a visão de enfermeiros da Estratégia de Saúde da Família sobre a atenção a saúde de populações rurais. Método: Pesquisa qualitativa, exploratória realizada com onze enfermeiros que atuam em área rural, realizada de janeiro a março de 2017, em Campina Grande-PB. Os dados foram coletados por meio de entrevistas semiestruturadas e analisados pela técnica de Análise de Conteúdo. Resultados: Os enfermeiros associam o contexto de saúde da população rural às condições de vida da comunidade, à escassez de acesso aos serviços de saúde e às peculiaridades de trabalho decorrentes desse contexto. A satisfação do enfermeiro da APS rural associa-se à identificação com o contexto da saúde no meio rural e vínculo com a população. Conclusões: Os enfermeiros percebem a dinâmica de trabalho particular que envolve o contexto rural necessitando de atenção à saúde diferenciada que impacte de forma positiva em seu trabalho.

A pesquisa investiga a temática LGBT em um ciberespaço no âmbito de Sistema Único de Saúde brasileiro, criado a partir da política pública Rede HumanizaSUS (RHS), na esteira da Política Nacional de Humanização. O objetivo é apreender os sentidos de narrativas de tópicos sobre a política LGBT nessa Rede. O método utilizado para o estudo foi a etnografia virtual, para apreensão do campo simbólico das narrativas inscritas na RHS encontradas sob a palavra-chave LGBT. As técnicas de análise webométrica e de conteúdo foram selecionadas para identificar os posts circunscritos ao tema, e sistematizar as categorias semânticas das discursivas. Os resultados demostraram uma estreita relação das narrativas com as diretrizes da Política Nacional de Saúde Integral de Lésbicas, Gays, Bissexuais, Travestis e Transexuais LGBT, a saber: as políticas de equidade como promotoras do respeito a diversidade sexual, direitos humanos e civis da população LGBT; a interface com a humanização e o protagonismo do acolhimento na atenção à saúde; o acesso à saúde e a produção do cuidado na perspectiva de gênero; ação educacional na saúde para profissionais e voltadas à população para a promoção e prevenção na saúde, e o protagonismo dos movimentos sociais LGBT na luta pelos seus direitos no SUS. E por último, a inteligência coletiva de um pequeno grupo militante.
