Método: Revisão integrativa com busca realizada no período de 2006 a 2016, nas bases de dados SciELO®, LILACS®, Scopus®, PubMed® e CINAHL®, nos idiomas português, inglês e espanhol. Seguiram-se as etapas: elaboração da pergunta de pesquisa, definição dos critérios de inclusão e exclusão, identificação e seleção dos estudos, e síntese dos assuntos encontrados nos estudos. Para organização e análise de dados utilizou-se recursos do software Atlas.ti®. Resultados: O corpus da pesquisa totalizou 90 estudos, predominando os oriundos do LILACS® e realizados no Brasil. Os temas tratados nas publicações foram: política de saúde e gestão na Atenção Primária à Saúde, gestão de recursos materiais, gestão de pessoas, gestão financeira, gestão da qualidade, planejamento, caracterização dos gestores, papel/atividades da gestão, desafios/dificuldades na gestão, potencialidades/facilidades na gestão. Predominaram estudos que trataram da gestão na Atenção Primária Saúde no contexto das reflexões sobre política de saúde e os que tratam dos desafios/dificuldades enfrentadas na gestão na Atenção Primária à Saúde. Esses achados sinalizam que o modelo de atenção na Atenção Primária à Saúde é complexo e desafiador, tanto para formuladores de políticas quanto para quem realiza a gestão. Conclusão: O número de estudos sobre gestão na Atenção Primária à Saúde tem sido significativo na literatura atual e a predominância dos temas políticas de saúde e dificuldades para a realização da gestão reforçam o reconhecimento da centralidade da mesma para a efetividade da Atenção Primária à Saúde. RESULTADOS: Em todos os municípios foram identificadas ações para fortalecer os serviços de atenção primária à saúde, com destaque para: aumento da oferta de atenção primária à saúde com diminuição das barreiras de acesso, estruturação dos serviços de atenção primária à saúde como porta de entrada do sistema, ampliação da resolutividade (apoio diagnóstico e terapêutico, promoção da interlocução entre equipamentos da rede de serviços para organizar o processo de trabalho, capacitação, supervisão) e articulação entre ações de vigilância e assistência. CONCLUSÕES: Os municípios investigados apresentam experiências consolidadas de reorganização do modelo assistencial com base em uma atenção primária à saúde fortalecida, com potencial para tornar-se coordenadora dos cuidados. Todavia, para efetivar a função de porta de entrada e serviço de uso regular são necessárias ações para equalizar o atendimento das demandas programada e espontânea, sendo que a última representa o maior desafio à organização do processo de trabalho das equipes. A conquista de apoio e legitimidade para a ESF é um tema pendente. Iniciativas para divulgar a ESF são necessárias entre a população, profissionais de todos os níveis e organizações da sociedade civil. In the Brazilian educational scenario, transvestite and transsexual teachers are increasingly visible, and cause repercussions generally related to the prejudice and discrimination they suffer. This text investigates the pedagogical and educational consequences of the presence of transvestite and transsexual teachers in the classroom. Following the careers of a group of these teachers in several states of Brazil, we tried to identify the elements that characterize their action in the classroom, and reached the proposition of the "high heels pedagogy". In this pedagogical modality two strong elements are combined, being a woman and being a teacher. The "high heels pedagogy" is about an educational activity that evades the traditional bodiless and sexless figure of the teacher. Some degree of eroticism and woman production that "inhabits" the teacher, far from "misrepresent" the space of the classroom, can give a power of friendship and affection. This power affects produces a more qualified teacher and professional involved with their work. A woman who is assumed as an "adult reference" to the young students.
